Started operating since 1st Jan, 1995.

Quang Nam Da Nang P & T Design Construction Company was established from Post & Telecommunications Design Factory of Quang Nam Da Nang P & T in accordance with the decision No.1066/QĐ-TCCB issued by General Director of Vietnam Posts & Telecommunications Corporation on 18th Dec, 1995.

1997 - Da Nang Post & Telecommunications Design Construction Company

In 1997, Quang Nam Da Nang P & T was divided into two separate units that are Quang Nam P & T and Da Nang P & T. After that Quang Nam Da Nang P & T Design Construction Company was renamed as Da Nang Posts & Telecommunications Design Construction Company of Danang P & T in accordance with the decision No.1900/QĐ-TCCB issued by General Director of Viet Nam Post & Telecommunications Corporation on 5th July, 1997.

Danang Telecommunications and Informatics Design joint-stock company (DNTD), on the basic of restructuring the Danang Posts and Telecommunications Design Construction Company in accordance with the decision No. 165/2003/QD-BBCVT issued by the Leader of Ministry of Posts & Telecommunications of Viet Nam on 7th Oct, 2003.
The state-owned company change to joint-stock company - DNTD and started operating since 1st Mar, 2004.

Construction and Consulting services enterprise was established from architectural design factory of Danang Telecommunitions and Informatics Design JSC in accordance with the decision No.73/2005/QĐ-HĐQT issued by Board of Management of DNTD Company on 27th Jun, 2005 and started operating since 1st Jan, 2006.
